Foundation RataPlan is an independent non-profit association. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data Foundation RataPlan (after this: RataPlan) processed from its [visitors or other interested parties].
If you fill in the form collection form or for another reason personal data RataPlan provided, you expressly give permission to process your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy. We process privacy-sensitive information, also known as personal data. In some cases we work together with other organizations or companies.

What data does the Foundation process RataPlan and for what purpose
In the context of your registration for the newsletter and the planning of a pick-up appointment, the following personal data will be processed:
* e-mail address
* name
* address data
* telephone number
RataPlan processes the personal data mentioned for the following purposes:
* your e-mail address is used to send 1) the newsletter and 2) the confirmation of the pick-up appointment.
* Your name, address and telephone number are used to be able to offer our pick up service and to confirm the day part of the appointment.
Retention periods
RataPlan processes and stores your personal data as follows:
Your name, telephone number and e-mail address, which are specified for making a pick-up appointment, are saved up to two years after the scheduled pick-up appointment.
E-mail notification: RataPlan use your name and e-mail address, entered via the subscription form for the newsletter, to your e-mail newsletter with information about activities, services and other interesting information about RataPlan to send. Unsubscribing for these mailings is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing or by sending an email to communicatie@rataplan.nl.
Security measures and provision to third parties
To protect your personal data RataPlan appropriate technical and organizational measures. In this way we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are checked regularly.
We will pass on the information you provide to third parties, if this is necessary for the delivery of the services you have requested. For example, we use a third party for data processing on our collection agreement page.
When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure (with an agreement) that your data will not be used for other purposes. We also agree that your data will be deleted two years after the scheduled pick-up appointment.
Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. For example, it is possible that the police will request information from us in the context of fraud investigations. In that case, we are legally obliged to provide this information.
Right of inspection or removal of personal data
Through customer service RataPlan you can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data. RataPlan will process your request and inform you about this within a month after receiving it. Customer service can be reached via:

We will of course gladly help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Should you nevertheless not come out with us, then you also have the right under the privacy legislation to file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
