De Performance ladder Socialer Ondernemen (PSO) is a scientifically based measurement and registration tool that provides insight into the extent to which organizations have more than average social entrepreneurship. The focus is on the labor participation of vulnerable groups in the labor market.
RataPlan is in possession of it PSO quality mark step 3. This is the highest achievable level. Companies with step 3 are among the frontrunners in terms of the amount of employment offered to the PSO target group. This means that more people from the vulnerable target group work for the PSO-certified company than for organizations of the same size.
Within the highest PSO performance level (level 3), a company can achieve an additional goal, namely the PSO 30+ certificate. This means that at least 30% of the employees must consist of employees who are at a distance from the labor market. Bee RataPlan this group consists of no less than 42,2%! This certificate also has RataPlan so achieved.
