The Coronavirus has a major impact on everyday life and affects us all. Its spread leads to various security measures and restrictions nationally and internationally. Measures that also affect the way you work RataPlan thrift shops are used to.
We follow developments closely and take the guidelines and measures of the government and the RIVM in eight. We also expect you to follow RIVM's instructions carefully. With this message we would like to inform you of the measures we are taking to minimize the risks in this exceptional time. Our commitment to health and safety of you as a customer, the community and our employees is paramount.
Enhanced security measures
As long as RIVM does not recommend closing, the stores are open seven days a week. However, shopping evenings are canceled. The opening hours of all our stores are:
Monday to Friday from 09.00 am to 18.00 pm
Saturdays from 10.00am to 17.00pm and Sundays from 12.00pm to 17.00pm.
We would like to ask you to carefully review the tightened measures. We are happy to inform you how we can provide you with the best possible service;
- Pay as much as possible with pin and contactless! If you only have cash with you, we ask you to carefully follow the precautions at the checkout regarding payments.
the payment terminals are regularly disinfected - Hold at least 1,5 meters away of others
this is indicated at the checkout by lines - Avoid group formation (groups of 3 or more that are not 1,5 meters away are prohibited).
- Questions about products we are happy to answer but this is only possible with the keeping sufficient distance (1,5 meters).
- De coffee corner are in our stores Closed.
- The customer toilet remains in all stores until further notice Closed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Donating items at our branches
We ask that you take the awarded goods out of the car yourself and place it at the entry counter (the larger items may be placed next to it). Here too, we ask to keep sufficient distance (1,5 meters) from each other.
Delivery and collection service
Due to the current situation, there are a number of changes to our delivery and collection service. You can simply use our delivery service. However, we do not bring the items inside to ensure the safety of our customers and employees as much as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Collection service adapted available
Our pick-up service is now available in an adapted manner. The stricter safety measures are strictly observed.
We would like to kindly request all customers who make / have a pick-up appointment to place the items outside the door. This is to avoid contact between people as much as possible and to observe the 1,5 meter distance.
